This listing is for One Brand New Factory Hogue Set of Grips. Here is Hogue's contribution to the ergonomics of the classic Sig Arms P-226 pistols. It doesn’t matter whether yours is a 9mm, like most 226’s; these will fit the .40 variants in that model, too; any Sig P-226 regardless of caliber. One reason we keep these fine grips is that we are occasionally lucky enough to get some Sig P-226 Department trade ins that need their grips replaced, like the Swiss State Police 2001 P-226 in the photos; and these fill the bill very well for service, defensive, or target handgunning. Hogue rubber Monogrips, the factory points out, are molded from a durable synthetic rubber that is not spongy or tacky, but gives that soft recoil-absorbing feel, without affecting accuracy. Note that the 2001 pistol’s grips in some of our photos are used; buyers will receive a brand new set like the ones in their packages, but that Swiss Sig goes to show how durable these grips are, still viable and pliable after a decade of often intense and weather-adverse service.
